Her, and almost every other villain in Gotham no older then twenty years old. He had no idea how one city could hold so many problems…but it did. Dr. Templeton soon found himself in a district of Gotham filled with warehouses; he knew that Chitty hid herself within one of the larger ones near the Harbor.
